Best advice is anyhow to start with 1 capsule per day during the first week. If you dont notice any stomach problems, (rarely people with a sensitive stomach can get stomach issues during the first week) you should increase the intake in the 2nd week to 2 capsules per day.
Most people that I know that supplement Tongkat Ali permanently find themsleves in between 3-4 capsules per day as the perfect dosage. However this is very individual, some people are also fine with 2 capsules per day. As I said, it depends and you need to listen to your body.
If you are planning to take Tongkat Ali just for 1-2 months, you should also start with 1 capsule per day during the first week. In the 2nd week you can go up to 2 capsules per day. 3rd week you can go up to three capsules per day. And then it depends how long your cycle is in total. If I would be on a 2 month cycle I would supplement TongkatAli as follows:
